Dark leafy vegetables
Some vegetables, mainly the bitter dark leafy veggies, are rich in calcium, including bok choy, spinach, turnips, collard greens, and mustard. These contain 84–142 mg of calcium in them. Other vegetables such as okra, kale, broccoli, Brussels sprouts, and cabbage provide 60–80 grams of calcium.
