30 gm roasted chana, 10 ml olive oil, 2 tbsp sesame seeds, 200 ml water, 1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp black pepper, 1/3 tsp red pepper, juice of 1 lemon.Note: If you like the taste of garlic, you can add in 2 garlic cloves or 1/2 tsp garlic powder.
